New Heights, The RE Development company bringing quality home ownership to the next generation of North Baton Rouge residents, is working closely with the parish and city officials and will continue to work within the parameters put forth up to and including a moratorium. Drainage is at the forefront of our mind and effort for North Point and the surrounding communities.

North Baton Rouge is the most underserved when it comes to home ownership and services while other areas have exploded apparently without properly planned drainage In some cases.
